Payments
Payments may be made by instant money transfer, credit card or echeck through Pay Pal. A Pay Pal account is not necessary to complete your transaction. Your order will not ship until payment has been received, or arrangements made.

Returns
Although we are certain you will be thoroughly pleased with your candle selections from A Woman with Scents, sometimes problems arise. Simply return the unused portion, and if it is determined that the problem was with our manufacturing, we will offer onsite credit including the cost of return shipping. If we determine the problem arose from misuse or improper burning, we will not be able to offer credit. Please refer to our Candle Burning Tips page for more information.

Shipping
We utilize USPS Priority Mail for small orders, and UPS for larger orders. Please understand that the shipping costs listed in our shopping cart are estimated. You will be invoiced for actual shipping charges once your order is complete and ready to ship. Insurance is available upon request...simply add it to the comments section of the shopping cart.

Free delivery is available for residents of Dickson County, TN and surrounding areas. Please be sure and include a phone number so that we may contact you for directions.
